Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of an appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. A no show will result in a 100% charge of the service booked before you can reschedule. The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of an opening, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible.

Scheduling:
Appointments can be made 24/7 with the “BOOK NOW” button below.

If you are unable to find what you’re looking for with our online scheduling system you may call or text the salon at (425) 677-7199 during business hours. Texts and voicemails are responded to no later than 48 hours.

We require a credit card to hold all appointments exclusively for you.

Children:
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we perform hair services on clients over the age of 12. Any children in the salon under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.

Client Satisfaction:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our incredible cut or color services, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

Retail Return Policy: Any online or in-store purchases of unused retail products, may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Tools and accessories are FINAL sale.
